Our Mission

The Roseville Police Activities League's mission is to enrich the lives of Roseville youth by building positive relationships between youth, police officers, and the community through a broad range of accessible and affordable activities. 

Part Time Program Coordinator

16 hours per week, typically in the afternoon with some evenings/weekends when

community events are scheduled.


Program Coordinator responsibilities include:

  •  Planning and coordination of programs and activities

  •  Ensuring implementation of policies and practices

  •  Maintaining attendance records and database updates

Job brief
We are looking for a competent Program Coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative
and program management tasks. You will help in planning and organizing programs and
activities as well as carry out important operational duties.
To be an excellent program coordinator, you must be organized and detail-oriented and
comfortable working with diverse groups.

  •  Support planning and coordination of programs and activities

  •  Ensure implementation of policies and practices

  •  Help build positive relations with RPAL members and the community

  •  Represent RPAL at events in the community

  •  Keep updated records

  •  Support growth and program development

Requirements and skills

  •  Equivalent to a high school diploma

  •  Must be 18 years old

  •  Must pass a background check

  •  Positive attitude

  •  Leadership skills

  •  Adaptability

  •  Self-motivation

  •  Organizational skills

  •  Close attention to detail and the ability to plan ahead

  •  Administrative and clerical skills, including MS Office

  •  Interpersonal skills, including outstanding written and verbal communication
